Important information about your registration

Eligible Exporters and Sellers must be from the USA, as this is a US government funded promotional event. When you register you will also reserve your accommodations. Please take into consideration that one registration equals to one room reservation from 1 to 4 people. For your room reservation, the hotel requires your credit card information, as they will charge one night to your credit card 30 days prior to your arrival. Once you complete your hotel need requirements, you will have the choice to select your registration fee. When you are done with this process, you will be taken to the credit card section to pay for your registration.

* Spouses / companions participating in the event functions such as receptions and dinners are subject to a registration fee. A secondary company staff is not considered a companion; it is considered one regular participant with a participation cost. Please register accordingly.

For online participants, no hotel information will be required, however the registration fee must be paid.
