BeanCon24 is an educational and networking event focused on bean innovation, trends and the future of food. On its third year, this annual global conference will bring together dry bean buyers and stakeholders from all over the world. BeanCon24 boasts engaging keynote speakers, innovative chefs, nutrition specialists and informative panel discussions, as well as opportunities for private business meetings, in-person networking events and more. BeanCon24 will take place in Cancun Mexico in a hybrid mode where both in-person and virtual attendees from around the world will be able to engage and enjoy the benefits of this event. The Intercontinental Hotel in Cancun provides breathtaking views of the Caribbean Sea. This hotel is equipped with 300 rooms and suites. As a five-star hotel, this property is located in the hotel zone and proudly enjoys one of the best beaches in Cancun, a wide beach with a calm sea and no waves. This February 2024, the IHC will be the hosting hotel for BeanCon24. A choice done for its convenient location at 15 minutes from the city and nightlife and 30 minutes from the airport. Our room block is under European Plan (no meals included). The rate is per room, per night on single/double occupancy. This rate is applicable 3 days prior and 3 days after the event.
The following combinations are allowed per room by the hotel: 3 adults and one children under 12 years of age, 2 adults and 2 children under 12 years of age. Adults and children above 13 years of age have an additional charge of US$ 35.00 + taxes / daily.
